The three books that interested me most included The Innovators by Walter Isaacson, Love In the Time of Algorithms by Dan Slater, and Lost Cat by Caroline Paul. My deciding factor was my interest of romance; I love anything to do with love. Aside from my interest in romance, I chose Love in the Time of Algorithms because of the great reviews both for and against the book. The Innovators seemed too economic based for me, and Lost Cat was not technical enough. Below is a link to a review on my chosen book by the Wall Street Journal. This book gets to the point in its 256 pages and costs $20.
